Payments

A deposit of 25% of the rental period is required to secure the booking. The balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to the date of arrival. A security deposit of £250 / €300 must be paid at least two weeks prior to arrival. This will be returned as quickly as possible after your stay less any retention to cover excess cleaning, breakages or damage. Payments may be made by UK cheque (GBP), French cheque (EUR), bank transfer to banks in UK, France, Netherlands or Norway or by Paypal.

Linen provided

As standard the double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom will be made up. Four bath towels, four hand towels, four face cloths, two tea towels and two bathmats will be provided. Extra charges for variations to this are as follows:

Please advise your preferences at least two weeks before your arrival date. Additional charges are payable with the security deposit.

Other provisions

A range of cleaning materials is provided including washing up liquid, bin bags and 7 dishwasher tablets per week. With the exception of salt & pepper pots, for hygiene reasons any food left in the apartment at the end of a rental period is disposed of.
